In Olyahuda, Israel, a 10000 square meter headquarters building has quietly become a carrier for deep dialogue between technology and design. This is the new global hub of AudioCodes, a leader in digital voice solutions, designed by Gindi Studio. The project goes far beyond the traditional scope of office environment design. It is a bold experiment that concretizes intangible sounds, aiming to strengthen the core energy of human communication, collaboration, and innovation through the space itself.
Design philosophy is deeply rooted in the essence of the enterprise - sound. Space is no longer a static container, but is shaped into an expressive, dynamic, and layered life form. Drawing inspiration from the five characteristics of sound, dynamic flow lines and dynamic flat layouts become the dominant logic. The winding path, open transition zone, and focused hub interweave with each other, imitating the beginning, beginning, and ending of dialogue, guiding a dynamic and diverse movement and work experience, naturally promoting occasional communication, deep collaboration, and focused rhythm transformation.
Visual language presents a fashionable, minimalist, and timeless aesthetic. A clear black, white, and gray tone establishes a calm and professional technological background, cleverly using natural materials - warm wood, rough concrete, soft fabrics - to balance the rationality of technology, and introducing biophilic design principles to create a soothing sensory environment. The contrast and interweaving of linear black and white elements create a clear visual grammar in space, rhythmic like sound waveforms.
Acoustic optimization is a design mission embedded in the bone marrow. Space itself is a precise acoustic instrument. By strategically arranging sound-absorbing ceilings, embedded soft pack walls, distinctive carpets, and independent soundproof telephone booths, designers precisely control the auditory privacy and open resonance of the space. This is not only about noise reduction, but also about shaping the texture of the sound, ensuring that every conversation is clear and every contemplation is peaceful
