This case innovatively combines customized office furniture with office environment design to create a technology office space with the theme of "natural journey", perfectly interpreting the key role of office soft furnishings in enhancing employee experience.
Design of Four Level Theme Space
The project spans four floors, each with customized office furniture and exclusive design elements, creating a unique visual experience:
First Floor - Coastal Theme: Adopting blue-green color scheme to create a fresh atmosphere of ocean and beach
Second Floor - Forest Theme: Integrating Green Plants and Natural Elements to Create a Bio friendly Design
Third Floor - Mountain Theme: Utilizing rugged mountain terrain elements to showcase the beauty of nature
Fourth Floor - Space Theme: The self-service restaurant design is full of a mysterious sense of the universe, inspiring creative thinking
Each floor enhances its thematic features through office soft furnishings details such as ceiling geometry and customized acoustic products (laser cutting technology).
Core design highlights
Streamlined layout: Breaking the traditional square pattern and adopting a fully fluid spatial planning to promote employee collaboration and communication
Bio friendly design: Introducing a large amount of natural light and green landscapes, scientifically proven to effectively improve work efficiency and physical and mental health
Customized furniture: Based on different themes and functional requirements, design office furniture and acoustic products exclusively, balancing aesthetics and practicality
Persistent University Training Space
A "Persistent University" learning and training center has been specially built at the bottom, designed around a circular structure:
Half of the large training room and half of the social area
Trainer independent workspace
Colorful and focused workspace
Open leisure seating area
This space is designed with carefully crafted office furnishings, allowing employees to relax and quickly recover during intense training.
Design value
Through customized office furniture, innovative office environment design, and exquisite office furnishings, this project successfully created a comfortable space that encourages employees to connect with nature and communicate with each other, providing a more positive and fulfilling work experience model for technology companies.
