Project Background

FundingCircle, a British fintech company, commissioned the Oktra design team to renovate its London headquarters with ABW (Agile Work) as the core of the office environment. The project focuses on the demand for efficient collaboration and flexible space in the fintech industry. Through consulting management, acoustic optimization, and integrated design of customized office furniture, it achieves a synchronous upgrade of brand culture and work efficiency.
Design Strategy and Execution

Consulting driven spatial planning
The workplace consulting team conducted in-depth interviews, analyzed departmental collaboration processes, and proposed a phased renovation plan: prioritizing the construction of multifunctional conference and collaboration areas to reduce interference with daily operations. Customized office furniture adopts modular design, supporting rapid restructuring to adapt to ABW mode.

Dual innovation of acoustics and vision

The top is covered with orange square sound-absorbing panels, which not only reduce the noise in open office environments, but also echo the digital aesthetics of financial technology with geometric shapes.

The leisure center uses high elasticity office furniture to enhance brand vitality through color collision, while meeting the needs of informal meetings.
