Keywords, office furniture, customized office furniture, office furniture environment
The Workplace design team has created the Gdynia Strategic Center for global financial enterprises, located in the 3T office park (8000 square meters), which took 13 months to complete. As a regional hub supporting market operations and data analysis, this project is designed with sustainable development, employee well-being, and cultural integration as its core concepts, creating an intelligent office space that adapts to mixed work modes.
Design Highlights
1. Cross regional collaborative innovation
Through the efficient collaboration between Scott Brownrigg from the UK and a local team, the architectural industrial aesthetics (retaining concrete structures) are integrated with Polish seaside elements (sand dune textures, nautical arches) to achieve precise implementation of design concepts and functional execution.
2. Sustainable practices
Adopting localized material substitution solutions to reduce carbon footprint; Optimizing energy consumption through an intelligent building management system, deeply aligning with customer ecological responsibility commitments.
3. Hybrid work solutions
Building wide intelligent system: office desk/conference room reservation system, occupancy sensing technology
Humanized configuration: electric lift table, personal storage cabinet, multi scene telephone booth
SuperHub Hub Hub Space: Supports large-scale events and informal socializing, enhancing a sense of community belonging
4. Local expression of culture
Visual narrative: The main color of navy blue echoes the corporate brand and the Baltic landscape
Dynamic graphics: presenting the vitality of Gdynia city and the rhythm of waves
Material language: application of nautical elements such as braided ropes and logs
Project Value
This case creates a workplace that combines strategic value and humanistic care by balancing architectural functionality and aesthetic decision-making. Its successful practice has set a new benchmark for the industry, confirming the integrated value of technological innovation, sustainable concepts, and cultural identity in contemporary office space design.
