Financial Aesthetics in Old Buildings: The Small Space Magic of TreuVision Office in Switzerland

In the historic district of Rendsburg, Switzerland, a century old warehouse is hosting a dialogue of time and space. The Studio Gessag design team transformed the industrial skeleton of the Hero Warehouse into a spiritual container for TreuVision Trust Company. In a 300 square meter space, a delicate balance between historical weight and contemporary financial aesthetics is achieved, proving that even small spaces can carry the soul of large enterprises.

The core challenge of design is how to create a symbiotic relationship between historical texture and modern office needs. The exposed concrete structure is given a deep indigo blue coat, creating a dramatic contrast with the white walls, retaining the power of the industrial era while creating pleasant spatial proportions through color segmentation. The cloud white acoustic ceiling is like floating clouds, softening the tough architectural lines while solving the acoustic challenges of open spaces.

The flexibility of space is another highlight of the design. The video studio has achieved seamless switching from a professional shooting area to a casual game room through a dual tone soundproof curtain of ochre yellow and orange pink. This "one click transformation" design philosophy allows limited space to accommodate diverse office scenarios, meeting the needs of temporary meetings and team activities that may occur in the financial industry at any time.

The integrated design of the reception area and workstation breaks the traditional sense of alienation in the front desk. Visitors can establish a visual connection with employees as soon as they enter, and the glass ball lights hanging on the ceramic red ribbon light up the space like stars, creating a contrast of warmth and coldness with the deep blue ceiling, conveying the brand image of financial institutions that are both professional and warm.

The coffee kitchen is undoubtedly the emotional anchor of the space. The customized fern green cabinets paired with reddish yellow seats complement the colors of the multifunctional area, creating a relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of a small pub. The large mirror on the wall not only extends the visual space, but also creates a wonderful light and shadow game of natural light indoors. The glass door leading to the terrace introduces outdoor greenery into the interior, providing the possibility of natural healing for high-intensity financial work.

The Swiss pine long table in the conference room is the finishing touch of the design. This wood, which emits subtle pine resin, is not only visually warm, but also promotes employees' concentration and physical and mental relaxation through smell. The triple combination of acoustic materials, natural light, and green plants enables serious financial conferences to be efficiently conducted in a comfortable atmosphere.

The TreuVision office proves that true luxury lies not in the size of the space, but in the wisdom of the design. Through the poetic use of colors, the temperature expression of materials, and the flexible transformation of functions, this 300 square meter space has become a new paradigm for office design in the financial industry, showcasing the grand scheme within a small space.
