Swedish e-commerce comparison platform Prisjakt (founded in 2002) commissioned the Colliers Define design team to transform its 1300 square meter old office in Krakow, Poland into a creative space that combines a home atmosphere with modern functionality. The core challenge of the project is to achieve cross building space integration through customized office furniture, build an open and transparent office environment, and strengthen the corporate family culture.

1、 Three major breakthroughs in office furniture environment design

Scenario based customized furniture system
The design team uses modular sofa combinations, adjustable dining tables, and other customized office furniture, divided into 8 functional scenarios such as baking areas and game corners. The retractable design of the central island platform not only supports team collaboration but also quickly transforms into a social space.

Color Psychology and Material Matching
The main color scheme uses the bright yellow color from Enterprise VI (Pantone 123C), and neutralizes the industrial feel of office furniture through soft materials such as fabric sofas and wooden coffee tables, creating a home leisure atmosphere.

In response to the post epidemic demand, flexible furniture such as lazy sofas with storage functions and movable whiteboard tables are equipped to meet diverse needs such as focused work and remote meetings, resulting in a 37% increase in employee return to work rate.
