Netcompany's Warsaw headquarters is located in the Evident Polska office building, spanning three floors with a total area of 6000 square meters, creating a workplace that combines Nordic minimalist aesthetics with humanized functionality for over 500 employees. As an IT consulting company originating from Denmark, Netcompany deeply integrates the Danish "Hygge" lifestyle philosophy in this case, aiming to create a warm, comfortable, and belonging office atmosphere, advocating finding happiness in simplicity and feeling warmth in connection.
The overall design is based on low-key and introverted color schemes, using different levels of gray with warm wooden elements, cleverly blending in the walls, ceilings, and details, breaking the coldness and endowing the space with visual hierarchy and psychological temperature. The design team BIT CREATIVE adheres to the principle of "simplicity, elegance, and ergonomics first", creating a diverse environment that supports both focused work and encourages teamwork through flexible space planning and delicate material application.
Most of the office areas adopt open layout. At the same time, through the design of decorative high cabinets with green plantings and flower troughs, customized Flat noodles partitions, while maintaining visual permeability, they can effectively divide functional areas, reduce noise interference, and alleviate the oppression of large spaces. The conference space is based on white and gray tones, incorporating various wall decorations such as square soft bags, striped soft bags, wooden laminates, and grooved felt, balancing acoustic effects and aesthetic performance.
The restaurant is planned as a multifunctional public core area, occupying approximately one sixth of the entire floor area. In addition to serving as a daily dining venue, it can also host various large-scale events. The space achieves efficient circulation through multiple entrances and has undergone specialized acoustic isolation treatment to ensure that different areas do not interfere with each other. Internally, there are food preparation rooms, dining island platforms, and diverse seating areas (such as low table groups, cushioned seating areas, high table areas, and single viewing seats), and coffee shop like leisure corners are divided by green plant partitions to meet the diverse social and leisure needs of employees.
In addition, there are several carefully designed small coffee shops scattered throughout the office floors, with stable wooden cabinets, marble countertops, and backboards as the main theme, matched with industrial air duct frame ceilings and exposed filament lamps, injecting delicate texture into minimalism, providing employees with convenient and soothing moments of rest.
Throughout the entire design, there is a meticulous care for 'people': each employee is equipped with a dedicated storage cabinet; All kinds of furniture balance aesthetics and ergonomics; The introduction of green plant walls and natural elements enhances the sense of vitality; Sustainable concepts and energy-saving facilities are also integrated into it. The Netcompany Warsaw headquarters is not only an office space, but also a community space that embodies the spirit of Hygge, promotes happiness and creativity, and contains rich humanistic warmth and design wisdom in its simplicity.
