It closely integrates green building concepts with social value creation, setting a new benchmark in the industry.
1、 Responding to geographical context, solving layout challenges, and promoting collaboration and interaction
The headquarters building was designed by the architectural master Sir Norman Foster, and its unique shape echoes the long aviation history of Farnborough. The design team cleverly integrated the metaphor of "flight and innovation" into the office environment design, making it the aesthetic and functional theme of the space. The building is inherently divided into east and west wings. To avoid departmental isolation, the team strategically arranges functional areas, such as dividing the main tea area and printing area into two wings, to encourage natural employee mobility and collaborative interaction. This layout not only resolves the potential problem of physical separation, but also utilizes the architectural characteristics and geographical charm to enhance the attractiveness and connectivity of the space.

Especially noteworthy is the collaboration with the "Waste to Wonder" organization, which has enabled a large amount of waste equipment and office furniture to be recycled or upgraded, significantly reducing carbon footprint and landfill waste.

The social value of the project is highlighted through the "School in a Box" initiative in collaboration with "Waste to Wonder". Idle desks and furniture worth approximately £ 32000 were donated to schools in Cameroon, creating a favorable learning environment and saving 35 tons of carbon emissions.
