The 3300 square meter office project of an energy company in Brisbane, Australia, reveals three core trends in future office space design. PMG Group takes "cultural carrying, sustainable development, and flexible office" as its core strategy, creating an office ecosystem that combines future adaptability and humanistic care.

Data driven design has become the core of spatial planning. The design team has created a hybrid layout system of 100% fixed and agile workstations by tracking employee behavior and space utilization efficiency, accurately positioning the requirements of each functional area. The "cell cluster" layout provides each department with multiple spaces such as fixed workstations, collaborative communication areas, and quiet work areas, as well as acoustic optimization and ecological vegetation, balancing team collaboration and individual focus needs.
The ESG concept is deeply integrated into the spatial texture. The project adopts full lifecycle carbon management, with over 90% of materials sourced from Australia and utilizing Steelcase intelligent lifting systems and renewable energy. This sustainable design not only echoes the core values of energy companies, but also sets a new standard for low-carbon office in the industry.
Strategic restructuring of spatial functions. The 16th floor innovation hub station has become the social core connecting each floor, equipped with flexible furniture and combinable training rooms, optimized natural lighting, and set up a central caf é to promote employee communication. The 17th floor business reception floor is designed with neutral tones and intelligent conference rooms to create a professional customer reception space. The "guaranteed highest price" general contracting model has achieved transparent cost management, shortened the project cycle by 10 weeks, and zero design changes throughout the entire process.
This project demonstrates that future office spaces have been upgraded from physical environments to strategic assets. Through data-driven humanized design and deep integration of ESG, office space can not only support the elastic growth of enterprises, but also enhance employee experience, ultimately achieving the triple unity of strategic, humanistic, and environmental values.
