In 2025, when employees of technology software company NNIT walked into their new office in Prague, Czech Republic, they saw not only 2601 square meters of physical space, but also a deep integration experiment of customized furniture, office furniture, and space design. This office space, created by the Capexus design team, has written a new annotation for the office space design of technology companies with Danish minimalism.

As an international IT solution provider in the field of life sciences, NNIT's existing office space is no longer able to accommodate business growth needs. The core challenge faced by the design team is how to balance the functional needs of technology companies with the aesthetic pursuit of Danish design using customized furniture and spatial design language? The answer is hidden in every carefully planned detail.

Customized Furniture: Space Dialogue from the Perspective of Ergonomics
The concept of "form follows function" in Danish design is fully demonstrated in the customization of office furniture. All personal workstations in the open office area are equipped with custom desk racks with adjustable heights, designed with curved desktop edges that comply with ergonomic principles and simplify visual interference through lines. This office furniture tailored for the programmer community transforms 8 hours of desk work into gentle care for the body.

Even more impressive is the Blocks intelligent storage cabinet system. These custom furniture units embedded in the wall not only provide secure storage function with fingerprint unlocking, but their modular combination cleverly divides the boundary between the office area and the collaboration area. When employees use the mobile app to book storage cabinets, a perfect balance is achieved between technology and minimalist design.

Space Design: Building Technological Aesthetics with Colors and Materials
The design team used NNIT brand blue as the main color tone and played a game of material collision in the spatial design. A large area of matte white walls serve as the background, with partial embellishment of blue acrylic partitions, maintaining the purity of minimalist style while echoing the professional attributes of the technology company through color. The customized sofa in the leisure area is made of dark gray fabric, which contrasts with the metal bracket to provide a visual relaxation corner for high-intensity employees.

Acoustic design has become the invisible protagonist of spatial design. The sound-absorbing cotton modules suspended from the ceiling are arranged in a geometric array, which not only solves the noise problem of open offices, but also constitutes a unique installation art. This approach of transforming functional requirements into aesthetic elements is the essence of Danish design.

Symbiosis of Function and Aesthetics: Spatial Narrative of Technology Companies
The most successful breakthrough of the new office lies in transforming aesthetic design into practical productivity. The customized conference table is equipped with a built-in wireless charging module and a hidden cable management system, ensuring that cross-border video conferences are no longer affected by technological interference; The suspended customized cabinet in the pantry not only meets storage needs, but also expands the visual sense of the space through transparent glass cabinet doors. These design details make this office space a conference center for NNIT's foreign employees, combining functionality and display.

When the setting sun shines on the metal frame of the football table on the table through the french window, we can see not only an office space, but also a Danish minimalist movement composed by custom furniture, office furniture and space design. NNIT Prague office proves that the best office design should allow the rationality of technology companies and the sensibility of design aesthetics to resonate harmoniously in the same space.
